Laurie brings over 40 years of financial services experience to our team, where she serves as both a Financial Advisor and Branch Manager. She helped build The Stevenson Griffin Group into the client-focused team it is today. By utilizing the vast resources of Baird, and additionally working in partnership with other professionals, she strives to create, grow, protect, and preserve wealth.

Laurie's driving principle in her practice is to educate her clients so they can be more confident and in control of their finances. She enjoys hearing each client's story to understand what is important to them and together they create a financial plan tailored specifically to their needs and goals. Through her dedication and commitment to long lasting relationships, Laurie has helped multiple generations achieve their financial goals.

Laurie earned degrees from Mississippi State University and Virginia Commonwealth University, and was a participant in the Wharton School of Business Wealth Planning Essentials Program. Additionally, she is a Certified Public Accountant emeritus. She is a passionate supporter of many charities including St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Amory Food Pantry, S. A. F. E., and several Christian mission organizations.

Laurie is a member of Baird's 1919 Club and Baird's President's Club. She is a lifelong Mississippian and she and her husband Rick enjoy boating, traveling, and family time with their four children and five grandchildren.

Jeff Griffin joined The Stevenson Griffin Group in 2019. Jeff strives to get to know every client’s story personally to create a financial plan tailored specifically to their needs and goals, with a focus on growing, protecting, and preserving wealth. Through dedication and commitment to long lasting relationships, Jeff helps clients have peace of mind as they achieve their financial goals.

 Prior to joining Baird, Jeff worked as a database engineer for over a decade.  Jeff brings a unique, logical and process-driven approach to our team, with years of experience in working to design, implement and maintain large scale complex database systems and processes. This is a perfect complement to our team’s strategic, client-focused approach to wealth management.

 Jeff earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from University of Mississippi, and currently lives with his family in Oxford, MS. Jeff and his wife Robyn are blessed parents to daughters, Charlotte and Caroline, as well as their German Shepherd, Riley. They are active members of their community, Oxford/Lafayette Chamber and church family at First Baptist Church of Oxford where he regularly volunteers.  Jeff enjoys playing soccer, road/mountain biking, golfing, and watching the Ole Miss Rebels play.

Richard Earnest joined The Stevenson Griffin Group in 2023. Prior to joining Baird, Richard worked in public accounting for seven years where he earned the professional designation of Certified Public Accountant. His understanding of tax strategies brings an excellent asset to our team of wealth managers. Richard is committed to offering a personal relationship within the financial planning process. He strives to meet the needs and goals of each individual client.

Richard also has over 19 years of service as a member of the Mississippi Army National Guard. He currently serves as Medical Evacuation Pilot utilizing the UH-60 Blackhawk. Richard earned degrees from Mississippi State University and Mississippi College, and currently lives with his family in Houston, MS. Richard and his wife Hillary have one son, Samuel. He is an active member of the community where he serves on the boards of Chickasaw Development Foundation, Houston Exchange Club and the Houston Scout Foundation. His family is a member of Houston First Methodist Church where he is a member of the Finance Committee. Richard is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, fishing, camping, and biking.

Cindy has worked in the financial services role for nearly 30 years. She came to Baird in 2019 as a part of the Hilliard Lyons merger.

The depth of Cindy's background and experience lends itself to being effective, capable, and competent in her role. Cindy is very dedicated to our business and our clients.

Cindy has made her home in Mississippi. She and her husband, Jon, have 3 daughters and 10 grandchildren. Most of her free time is dedicated to her family and community.

Kelsey is committed to understanding and supporting client needs and providing exceptional assistance to The Stevenson Griffin Group. She looks forward to helping clients reach their short and long-term goals to make the most of their financial resources. She engages with current and future clients to communicate our process and proactively meet their needs. Kelsey is passionate about helping others achieve their goals and loves learning new things herself, as well.

Kelsey joined Hilliard Lyons in 2018 before the merger with Baird in 2019. Originally from Amory, Mississippi, Kelsey graduated from The University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science. While at Ole Miss, Kelsey worked as a student athletic trainer for the Ole Miss football program. Kelsey's experience in athletic training provided her firsthand experience of how satisfying helping others can be.

Kelsey currently resides in Oxford, Mississippi. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, spending quality time with her family, and volunteering with Miss Mississippi Volunteer, a statewide, service-oriented scholarship program seeking to empower young women through education and opportunity.
